JuaraNews, Bandung – Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi melantik 10 eselon II setingkat kepala dinas, badan, biro, direktur rumah sakit daerah, di pabrik kendaraan listrik BYD, kawasan Subang Smartpolitan Sawangan, Kabupaten Subang, Rabu (29/5/2025).
Adapun pelantikan Eselon II dilaksanakan berdasarkan SK Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 821.2/kep.2.4-bkd/2025 tentang Alih Tugas dan Pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemda Provinsi Jawa Barat.
“Hari ini kita melakukan ikrar sumpah jabatan, bahwa kita berkomitmen mendorong kemajuan Jawa Barat,” ungkap Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi dalam amatnya.

Adapun beberapa pesan yang diamanatkan KDM– sapaan karib Dedi Mulyadi kepada para JPT yang dilantik antara lain meninggalkan berbagai ego yang bersifat personal.
Kemudian sambung Dedi, yang diperlukan dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan adalah langkah -langkah _out of the box_ dalam menyelesaikan problem di lapangan.
“Jam kerja itu formal, tidak ada artinya kalau tidak _ngapa-ngapain_, yang dibutuhkan adalah langkah-langkah _out of the box_ menyelesaikan problem,” ucap KDM.
KDM juga meminta para JPT agar dalam memandang problem di lapangan tidak berorientasi pada proyek yang tentu memakan waktu dan anggaran yang sedemikian rupa. Namun harus berfokus pada apa yang benar-benar dibutuhkan.

“(Misalnya) Di PU itu harus punya divisi perbaikan, rekrut tenaga outsourcing itu tukang tembok tukang ngaduk,” ucap KDM.
“Caranya di PU bikin anggaran pasir, anggaran semen. Jadi drainase yang batunya lepas jangan nunggu proyek yang berikutnya, tapi lakukan segera perbaikan,” kata KDM.
Di samping itu, KDM juga mengajak para JPT agar berani mengambil risiko dari tindakan yang dilakoni. Sebab dorongan atau upaya yang akan digalakan saat ini adalah upaya teknis dan taktis.
“Mengambil risiko konsekuensinya dalam pikiran kita satu, mengabdi, titik. Gak ada lagi berpikir yang lain, sudah mau apa lagi,” ujar KDM.
